Usually in winter, already in early December, enough snow already falls in Manzherok, but in connection with the anomalously warm winters in Russia before the trip it is necessary to clarify whether it is possible to ride there during this period. Currently, there are several operating routes, and several more will be built. A huge plus of the ski resort of Manzherok is the availability of the so-called "Fan Park" for children, where kids can ride on a training track or on a snowtub. At the moment, Manzherok serves only one chair lift, which has two landing stations: upper and middle. On the shores of the lake is laid a trail designed for cross-country skiing. You can stay there in one of three operating hotels, which are very democratic price policy. Even in the nearby cafes and fast foods you can taste delicious and inexpensive.

Trails and lifts
Despite the fact that the cable car of Manzheroka can take you to the very top, the prepared track starts only from the middle of the mountain. It is not long and is suitable for learning how to stand confidently on skis. The track is quite shallow (170 meters height difference) with its length of only 1050 meters. Add another possibility of skiing from the slopes of the mountain Malaya Sinyuha (1196 meters). The route opened here is artificial, it has a width of a good three-lane road. Every day it is brought to an ideal state of the snowcat. This track has several sections with rather steep slopes, they can be attributed to the "red" category. Fans of high speed skiing the designers of the Manzherok route have prepared several heart-rending sloping turns, where you can enter at an impressive speed, if you accelerate on gentle slopes. In general, the track is ideal for beginners skiers , experienced riders, it is likely to quickly get nasty. Attracts this place and lovers of extreme skiing, because the lift delivers to the very top of the mountain. Often here you can meet and snowboarders , and skiers, and freeriders, conquering the "wild" slopes of the mountain, rolling their own tracks. It is also nice that all the equipment that is rented here is quite inexpensive and practically new, and it's worth a lot!

Children's leisure
For children, conditions are created here, which not every developed resort boasts. Here for kids and a lot of fun in the "Fan Park", and ski schools. They can firmly learn to stand on the skis on a training course slope 255 meters long. Here the aspects of safe skating of beginners are perfectly thought out, there, where there is a need, there are catchers. The newcomers skate under the supervision of instructors who react swiftly to the behavior of skiers. The train is served by a 100-meter children's lift-booth (baby-elevator). The place where Manzherok is located is located in the Mayminsky district. Near it is the same-named village of Manzherok (5 kilometers) and Gorno-Altaisk (45 kilometers). In the near future, the resort is planned to be modernized and expanded. In particular, we are talking about an increase in the number of lifts and the construction of 60 kilometers of ski slopes of varying complexity.
