Spotting in early pregnancy

At the earliest stages of pregnancy, a woman can find in her discharge with bloody patches. In early pregnancy, this phenomenon is simply called "daub". Of course, this is not a medical term. But it is sometimes used in ordinary speech by both doctors and patients.

Every pregnant woman should know, the appearance of bleeding at the beginning of pregnancy, even if the form of "smear" is not an indicator of the norm.

Therefore, if at the beginning of pregnancy spotting spots are found and pulls the stomach , this is a good reason to visit a gynecologist.

Causes of smearing discharge in early pregnancy

The reasons for that which smears at the beginning of pregnancy can be different.

After fertilization, the fetus must be attached to the wall of the uterus with a large number of blood vessels in order to obtain the proper nutrition for further development. Sometimes during such an intrusion, the macrovessel may be damaged. A jet of blood coming out of it can damage the fetal egg and provoke its detachment. In such a situation, a woman needs hospitalization.

There are also spotting, not dangerous. In such cases, blood can be released in very small volumes. This can happen when a small vascular is damaged during attachment of the embryo. Someone may not even notice this, and someone is so sensitive that even when introducing a fetal egg into the uterus at the beginning of pregnancy, it feels that the stomach is hurting.

Another cause of bleeding is a so-called frozen pregnancy. It is impossible to determine the immediately stopped pregnancy. From the moment of conception, at least a month and a half must pass. Only at this time the ultrasound shows the heartbeat of the fetus. If there is no heartbeat, the woman is shown the procedure for cleaning.

Spotting may appear after gynecological examination. This is not dangerous and is explained by the fact that in the early stages the mucosa is very vulnerable and easily injured.

The most serious reason for the appearance of an "eczema" is an ectopic pregnancy. The fetal egg, not reaching the uterus, remains in the fallopian tube or is in the abdominal cavity. If a woman is under the supervision of a doctor, then it is difficult not to notice this state of affairs. If the pregnant woman has not yet registered, then if any kind of spotting is found, the doctor should be contacted immediately.
