However, it is worth noting that often this may indicate violations, among which:
- Failure in the hormonal system. This is often observed after stress, experiences, and can also be associated with age-related changes in the body (menopause).
- Violation of the ratio of concentrations of sex hormones in the blood: a deficiency of progesterone with an excess of estrogens and prolactin. In such cases, ultrasound can detect signs of mastopathy (seals, small nodules in the area of the ducts).
- Inflammatory processes of the breast. Most often develop with the formation of microcracks during breastfeeding, through which pathogens penetrate inside.
- Benign formations in the mammary gland.
