Tom Hanks received the Order of the Legion of Honor

The awarding ceremony was short-lived

Elizabeth boasted of a midi-length dress with a lush skirt and lace trim.

After an actor pinned the Order of the Legion of Honor, a small official photo session took place, on which the joyful Tom posed with Jane D. Hartley, General Jean-Louis Jorgelain, Grand Chancellor of the Order, and with members of the Legion of Honor.
