First, take the chicken or carcass, rinse and cut into medium pieces. Transfer the meat into a frying pan and simmer in its own juice with the lid closed, adding a little cold water. While the chicken is being prepared, we, without wasting time, take the bulb, peel it of the husk and cut it into half rings, and squeeze the garlic through the press. It is better to use fresh garlic, because it gives a tender taste and a bright aroma to the whole dish, but if you do not have it, then you can add dry ground, which is sold as a seasoning in packs. If you like fresh greens, then at will, you can finely chop coriander or dill.

As soon as the chicken meat is ready, we begin to gradually add all the basic, previously prepared ingredients. First put in a frying pan, chopped onions, garlic and chopped greens. All thoroughly mixed and blown for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Then add a little red pepper and if you like dishes more sharply, you can sprinkle still with hot pepper. Next, throw a pinch of black pepper, put a little sugar. Vinegar and salt are poured strictly to your taste, just look, do not go too far.
