So, how to make yogurt in a bread maker? If you use homemade milk, it must be boiled. If you have a store of pasteurized milk, then it is easy enough to heat it up. We need milk with a temperature of about 40 degrees. Add yogurt, sugar and mix it. Fill the resulting mixture into the bucket of the bread maker, cover it with a lid and put it into a bread baking dish. We install the program "Yogurt" and cook for 6-10 hours. In the finished yogurt you can add any fruit. Store this product in the refrigerator for no more than 4-5 days.

We do this even without yoghurt, then the steamer can be switched off, we set our glasses, close the steamer with a lid and leave for 8 hours. Finished yogurt is put into the refrigerator.
