  3. In dry steamed jars we spread half the tomatoes, some garlic, half salt. Then we spread the remaining tomatoes and garlic. We fall asleep with the remaining salt.
  4. We cover the jars with lids, place them in a container with water and sterilize for about 30 minutes over a small fire.
  5. We carefully remove the hot jar from the pan, roll it and send it to the cold for further storage.
