Then add the carrot-onion mixture, stir well, pour finely chopped greens, a little laurel and black pepper. Mix again thoroughly and start stuffing with this mass of peppers, trying to well tampen the filling.

As small as possible, chop the onions, cabbage and carrots, lightly salt and remember the mixture well, in order to achieve isolation of the juice. When the peppercorn is almost full, add honey and place the peppers in clean and dried jars. Dissolve vinegar, sugar and salt in a liter of water and pour the contents of the cans with this marinade. To prepare marinade in water, salt and sugar are dissolved, as well as vinegar and a little sunflower oil.

Pour marinade peppers in jars, cover them with hermetic lids and sterilize in freshly boiled water for about 20 minutes. After that, roll up and put it strictly upside down. To turn them back you can only after full cooling.
