The foil-lined surface is fixed to the inside of the room. The foil reflects up to 97% of heat, returns it to the room, preventing it from leaving the outer space.

The foil can perfectly cope with the insulation of the ceiling from inside the house, additionally protects from wind, dust, moisture and noise. Its installation is not at all complicated.

The most effective this insulation shows when creating an air gap with the ceiling. Much better results of insulation will be when using two insulating layers. To do this, you can put a minute between the wire. Both of these insulation are inexpensive and easy to install. Due to the resulting air cushion, the efficiency of heat saving will increase.

Warming the ceiling of the house with your own hands

For work you will need:

• mineral wool 5 mm thick;
• roll of foil cellophane film;
• for its fastening a construction stapler with 6 mm. parentheses;
• foil scotch;
• wadding is nailed with a big bonnet.

The foil is perforated, some amount of moisture from the room it will release.

1. We remove the old covering of the ceiling, first the plywood, then the boards. Leave the beams overlapping.
2. Between the ceiling logs a mineral wool joint is laid in the joint, nailed to a wooden ceiling, it is cut with a long sharp knife. Work is always necessary in gloves, and, preferably, in special glasses.
3. On top of the mineral wool, the foil is lined with a reflective surface inside the room. The material is fixed using a construction stapler and staples.
4. For ease of installation, you can build a device from the handle from the shovel on the ceiling.
5. Adhesive joints are sealed with adhesive tape, so that there is no loss of heat.
6. The ceiling is insulated and ready for further design.

As you can see, work on the insulation of the ceiling can be done on their own and do not pay extra money.

The insulation of the ceiling of the cold roof can be supplemented with the upholstery of the walls with the same foil sheet, which will allow the room to store the maximum amount of heat. The ceiling design is further carried out by the crate, on which the sheets of plasterboard or wood are attached. With foamed polyethylene foam, the house will necessarily become much warmer and more comfortable.
