In most forests, there is a familiar deciduous tree from the family of willow, aspen. Its various parts have long been used by herbalists and folk healers in the treatment of many diseases. - On a very low heat, boil 175 ml of water.
- Add 1 tablespoon of powdered crust of aspen.
- Cook for about 30 minutes under the lid.
- Insist for an hour.
- Strain, drink 2-3 tablespoons every day, 60 minutes before meals, three times a day.
Decoction for the therapy of cardiovascular, endocrine pathologies, digestive diseases, urogenital and musculoskeletal system:
- Half a liter of cold clean water pour 10 tablespoons of dry bark.
- Slowly boil, cook for another 20 minutes.
- Pour the solution into a thermos or wrap the container with several thick towels, insist 8 hours.
- Strain, take 3 times a day for 50 ml or 2 hours after eating, or 60 minutes before the start of the meal.
Alcohol tincture from parasitic infestations, to strengthen immunity , treat dermatological diseases:
- Pour 250 ml of vodka or alcohol (95%) 5 tablespoons of raw materials.
- Insist in the refrigerator for at least 14 days, shaking the container every 24 hours.

Contraindications to the use of aspen bark
