Treatment with aspen bark
Aspen bark in folk medicine is used to treat multiple diseases.
For example, decoction of aspen cortex is very useful for restoring the nervous system: any anxiety and persistent headaches (caused by a nervous system disorder) are treated with the daily taking of a decoction or tincture.
It can be prepared by grinding the bark in an amount of not more than 1 cup, and then pour it with 4 glasses of water. The grass should be boiled for half an hour, and then wrap the container and put it in a dark place to insist. After 6 hours the drug is ready for use: since this is a prescription for infusion, it means that it is a concentrated medicine, and therefore it should be drunk in less quantity than a decoction: 2 tablespoons each. 4 times a day. If you use a decoction for the treatment, then you should drink half the glass 4 times a day.
In disorders of the nervous system, taking the medication can be prolonged - from several months to six months, but with a combined treatment (using medical drugs), this period is significantly reduced.
Infusion of bark of aspen also helps with joint diseases, however in this case the duration of reception increases, at least, up to six months. For the treatment of joints, it is sufficient to take small dosages of tincture - 1 tbsp. 1 per day.
Aspen bark also helps with diabetes , but this is an exceptionally complementary remedy that can support the body in its normal state. In this case, the aspen bark is not a substitute for medicines.
Aspen bark helps against parasites due to its high content of phenoglycosides, which, entering the body, create an unfavorable environment for the propagation of parasites. Treatment for this ailment can be with the help of tincture or broth: in the first case, 2 tablespoons are taken per day. tincture, and in the second - a third of a glass of broth 2 times a day. The average course of treatment is 1 month, but this depends on the type of parasites and the cycle of egg laying. Treatment of opisthorchiasis with aspen bark should be under the supervision of a doctor, because often this disease does not cure exclusively with the help of herbs.
Treatment of adenoma with aspen bark can be successful if it is combined with medications, since this is a rather complex disease that requires not only constant monitoring of the doctor, but also regulation of his stage with the help of appropriate medications.
Tincture from aspen bark is also used to treat viral and colds: in the first three days of the disease you need to drink at least 2 glasses of medicinal decoction.
