Start with the preparation of a simple base, familiar to everyone else from the cheesecake recipe. For a crispy base, you need to grind the selected biscuits into crumbs, and then pour it with melted butter and mix. The resulting mass is laid out in a 20 cm shape, distributing the crumb along its bottom and walls.

For the filler, you should also melt the butter, add sugar and condensed milk to it and boil all 1-2 minutes. After, pour the resulting mass over the prepared base and leave everything in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Finished Banofi with a cookie add slices of bananas and whipped cream.

Decorate the dessert with the remaining sauce based on condensed milk and sprinkle with cocoa or chocolate chips if desired.
