An exquisitely decorated dish is an important element of the festive table. In modern cooking art "carving" is widely used, which represents figurative cutting of food products (mostly fruits and vegetables) and composition of beautiful compositions from them. How to make a bouquet of fruits?
- Cut the pineapple into circles with a thickness of 1.5 cm. Using a mold, we cut flowers out of the circles (this can be done with a knife)
