Crafting a giraffe from colored paper
To make a giraffe we need:
- paper in a box;
- yellow, orange, pink and black paper;
- glue;
- black pen
- scissors.
Operating procedure
1. We will make a pattern - we will cut out from a paper in a cage a body of a giraffe, a head, a nose, a horn, a round speck, an eye, two details of ears of the different size, a tail and a brush for a tail.
2. Draw the details of the pattern on the colored paper and cut it out.
We cut out the yellow paper:
- torso;
- two details of the head;
- two ears.
We cut out the orange paper:
- tail;
- two parts of a tail brush;
- 12 spots;
- nose;
- two horns.
From pink paper, we cut out two parts for the ears.
We cut out two eyes from black paper.
3. Attach orange specks to the detail of the body of the giraffe.
4. The body of the giraffe is rolled up with a cone and glued together.
5. At the bottom of the cone, we cut out four small notches to mark the legs.
6. To one part of the head we glue the nose and eyes.
7. Draw two dots and mouth on the nose. Eyes circled by a pen and painted eyelashes.
8. To the yellow parts of the ears glued pink.
9. We attach the ears and horns to the second part of the head.
10. From the top we glue the second part of the head.
11. Glue the head to the top of the trunk.
12. To the tail we glue two parts of the brush.
13. We will attach the tail to the trunk from behind.
The paper giraffe is ready. If a child liked to make a giraffe, then he can make a whole herd of such animals, but alone.
