Shinkle cabbage, add it to a large container, preferably enameled. Carrots are cleaned and three on a large grater, add to the cabbage. Onions cut into half rings. Pepper is cleaned from seeds and cut into strips or semirings. It is more interesting when peppers of different colors are used. We connect all the vegetables together. The root of parsley is covered with boiling water and three on a small grater. The greens are finely chopped. All this is also added to the salad.

In sterile half-liter cans, first pour in 2 tbsp. spoons of sunflower oil, then lay the salad and pour on top of 1 a teaspoon of sugar, 0.5 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 peas of black and fragrant pepper. Cover the jars with lids and let them brew for about 1 hour, during which time the vegetables should let the juice run.

Now in a large saucepan cover the bottom with a towel or lay a special circle for sterilization. We put jars on top, pour water, it should be so much that it reaches the middle of the height of the cans. Once the water boils, the fire is made minimal and sterilized for about 1 hour. After that we roll up the cans, turn it upside down, and leave it until it cools down completely. Store this salad with cabbage and Bulgarian pepper for the winter in a cool place.
