Beat whites with a glass of sugar until strong peaks. Separately we rub yolks, until they turn white. We connect with proteins, add lemon juice, sift flour and gently mix everything. At the bottom of the form put a circle of parchment paper, and the sides - grease with butter. Pour the dough and send it for half an hour to the oven, heated to 180 degrees. Finished biscuit is allowed to cool and cut along into 2 cakes, each of which is cut into small cubes. We do this so that the souffle does not stick together, but soaks the biscuit, keeping it airy.

Pour gelatin with a glass of cold water and leave for 30 minutes - to swell. Sour cream thoroughly with the remaining sugar. Warm up, but do not boil, gelatin. When it is completely dissolved, pour into sour cream and stir.

The bottom of the form is spread out with cubes of biscuit, pour a little cream. Next - a layer of bananas in circles, which are also watered with cream. We repeat again: biscuit - cream, bananas - cream. We hide the cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours, and preferably for the whole night. If you like fruit cakes-souffles sour, add kiwi or cherry - to taste.

Oat flakes are laid out on a baking tray, sprinkle with vanilla and dried in the oven for 15 minutes, until crunch. Mix with honey and lay out on the bottom of a split form, covered with parchment. Gelatin fill with half a glass of cold water and let it swell.

Fresh strawberries are cut with a knife, leaving a few berries for decoration. If the berries were frozen, let them gradually thaw in the refrigerator, and whisk together with the secreted juice in the blender, until homogeneity. Add sugar - to taste. Became transparent gelatin heated in a water bath until completely dissolved. We pour a third into the strawberry, the rest into the sour cream, whipped with sugar. Well we mix.

In the form of oat flakes, pour a little sour cream. It should only moisten them a little, otherwise the flakes will surface. We send it to the freezer for 5 minutes to freeze.
