Linkas syrup - composition

Active substances: dry extracts of leaves of vascular adathodes, smooth licorice root, fruits and roots of long pepper, fragrant violet flowers, leaves of medicinal hyssop, roots and rhizomes of alpinia galanga, fruits of broad-leaved cordia, flowers of medicinal marshmallow, fruits of modern ziphysus, leaves and flowers of bracteal onmsma .

Excipients: anhydrous citric acid, glycerin, sucrose, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, propylene glycol, purified water, clove oil, peppermint oil.

How to take linkas?

It should be remembered that this syrup is not prescribed for children under six months. Despite the herbal basis of the composition of this medication, it is necessary to consult a physician before using it. Individual intolerance of one of the components of the drug is possible.

For maximum effect, it is necessary to take the linkus at the same time intervals fifteen minutes before meals, or fifteen minutes after. It is not desirable to take the medication together with antitussive drugs, as the stagnation of fluid in the bronchi may form. Do not also drink the medicine immediately before bedtime due to active excretion of sputum and undesirable frequency of coughing during rest.

The course of treatment should last no more than a week. If application of Linkas does not bring an obvious therapeutic effect and within five days the improvement does not occur, it is necessary to consult a doctor and replace the drug.

Lincas - pastilles for children

Pastilles linkas are not prescribed for children older than five years due to insufficient studies of the use of the drug at a younger age.

The lozenge can not be chewed or swallowed, it is necessary to keep it in the mouth until it dissolves completely. Children and adults are prescribed from three to five lozenges a day, depending on the severity of the disease, but the interval should not be less than two hours. Adults can increase the dose to eight lozenges per day.
