For example, you can prepare a wonderful and delicious dessert, which will look very impressive on the table - a home-made cake "Trumpet stump", cooking is not difficult, we'll tell you how to bake cakes and build it.

Preparation

Fill with boiling water dried fruits, after 10 minutes water is added, we remove the stones from the sinks, crush the dried apricots and prunes.

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla whisk or mixer at low speed (preferably individually yolks and proteins - then connect).

The unbaked soda is dissolved in kefir, we pour the egg-sugar mixture.

We pour in 1 tbsp. spoon of rum or brandy and gradually add the sifted flour, you can knead the dough with a mixer.

Add the dried fruit to the dough and mix it for even distribution.

How to bake a cake with a rotten stump?

Pour the dough evenly into a rectangular baking sheet pasted with oiled baking paper. The dough should not be a thick layer (if the test is a lot, and the pan is small - bake in 2 doses). We bake a thin biscuit for about 25 minutes. We cut the cake into 3 or 2 parts, quickly remove it from the baking tray, or turn it over on a towel. We remove the paper. We turn off the hot biscuits and leave until completely cooled (we have 3 or 4).

We prepare the impregnation from a mixture of sugar with hot water and lemon juice (you can pour a spoonful of rum or brandy). Cool it down.

Make the cream: mix yogurt with cherry syrup and gelatin solution.

Building a cake

Cooled cakes unfold and sufficiently abundantly watered with impregnation, the edges are cut off. Corgiander from the inside abundantly promazyvaem cream and put on a dish, sideways tightly pressing one against the other. We go from the center to the edge, imitating the cut of the tree by the arrangement of the cake, that is, wrapping one around the other. Press it tightly.

Cut the rests of the cake with a knife or with a blender into a fine crumb, add the cream and spread out from this mixture wood dense "roots" along the edges of the cake. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours, let it soak and freeze.

After the necessary time, we prepare a thick chocolate coating: the butter and the chocolate bar broken into small pieces are mixed when heated in a water bath. We bring it to homogeneity.
