The recipe for oatmeal cookies with carrots without eggs and butter

Ingredients:

In a large bowl, mix sifted flour, baking powder, salt and oatmeal. Add nuts and grated carrots. In a separate bowl, mix the syrup with grated ginger, add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Mix the contents of both bowls.

Sheet for the oven covered with baking paper and using a tablespoon we spread on paper biscuits. Bake oatmeal cookies without oil at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until they blush. Our cookies without eggs are ready!

Cottage cheese curd without oil

Eggs beat up with half of sugar and white, then sift into the resulting mass of flour together with a baking powder. Note that flour can go a little more than the amount indicated in the recipe. The amount of flour depends on the size of eggs and the moisture of the curd used.

Cottage cheese we rub with the rests of sugar and we add in the turned out dough. A steep mass is rolled out on a dusted table and we cut out individual cookies by means of special molds or a knife.

We cover the baking tray with baking paper and lay out cookies on it. Bake the dish at 180 degrees until blanch.

Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut butter is beaten with eggs for about 2 minutes, after which we add dry ingredients: flour, soda, salt and baking powder. Thoroughly mix the dough until uniform, and then wrap the food film and let it cool in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.

We form balls from the dough and bake them for 15 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven, on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
