We will analyze one more way how to prepare Viennese waffles. Take the chilled butter, cut it into small pieces and combine it in one bowl with sugar. Mix everything until the crystals dissolve completely, carefully insert whipped egg whites and warm milk. Now take another bowl and pour in it sifted wheat flour with baking powder. Several times mix the ingredients and squeeze out lemon juice into a dry mass.

Then gently pour the same milk mixture and whisk all the products with a blender. In the end, you should get a semi-liquid, loose dough for Viennese waffles. Then pour it in small portions into a well-heated electric wafer dishwasher and in turn bake the products for about 5 minutes until ready. Before serving, the finished dessert is watered with melted chocolate, Fruit sauce, caramel or homemade jam.

And if you have extra spare time, you can prepare a special gentle cream. To do this, the egg is thoroughly beaten with a mixer, pour sugar, put vanilla and pour out warm milk. We put the mass on a very weak fire and cook until the bubbles appear on the surface of the cream. Then the mixture is cooled and greased with each waffle, gluing them 2 pieces each. To decorate the dessert, we use walnuts: fry them in a dry frying pan, and then grind them with a mortar and sprinkle our food. That's all, the Viennese waffles in the electric wafer are ready!
