Although the real participants of those terrible events are getting smaller every year, it is by no means impossible to forget about their exploit. Even small children, from the earliest age, should understand what Victory Day means for their grandparents, and what a feat the Soviet people accomplished over 70 years ago.
Parents and teachers today are doing everything possible to ensure that representatives of the younger generation continue to honor the memory of the Great Victory and never forget about the heroism of their ancestors. At present practically in every educational institution, sufficient attention is paid to the patriotic education of children, which includes, among other things, stories about the Great Patriotic War and the holding of events timed for the Victory Day.
In particular, in many schools and even kindergartens, children's competitions are held annually, dedicated to the celebration of the Victory Day. Older children very often compete in literary talent, presenting poems, poems and stories on the military theme of their own writings. Kids, in turn, often take part in art competitions, for which, together with their parents, they create beautiful drawings on the relevant topic.

Figures of kids and older children, timed to coincide with this unusually important holiday, in the vast majority of cases are greeting cards.
