Pedagogical complementary feeding for breastfeeding

Modern parents increasingly prefer pedagogical complementary feeding for breastfeeding. Its main difference from pediatric is that it does not pursue the goal of feeding the baby, but merely introduces crumbs to the new adult food. For starters, you can limit yourself to just eating lunch. Sit the kid on his knees and offer him a spoon - let him stir and toss the contents of the plate from side to side. If suddenly he reaches out for something from the food, pinch the microdose (the size corresponds to the rice seed) and put it in the baby's mouth. Any of his reactions should not cause the mother of negative emotions. In case the product seems tasty to the baby, you can offer him no more than 3 such doses per one feeding. If the baby is not interested in adult food, do not worry about it. Perhaps he is simply not psychologically ready for it yet.
