How to make lingonberries in syrup with sugar - a recipe for the most valuable harvest for the winter

The amount of ingredients in the recipe is indicated per one three-liter glass jar of the billet. Cowberry should choose ripe, whole without damages and dents.

In this case, we will not use water to make lingonberries in syrup.

  2. After cranberries will allocate juice, we put a vessel with a workpiece on a plate and heat it up with frequent gentle stirring to a boil.
  3. Now we pour the remaining berries, give the delicacy to boil, then pack it on sterile jars, we seal the containers with sterilized lids and after cooling we store the workpiece on the shelf of the refrigerator.

Cowberry in cold sugar syrup for the winter

Cowberry can also be harvested in cold sugar syrup. Just like in the first two recipes, you can use various spicy additives, focusing on your taste.

  1. To realize the idea, we boil water with sugar with sand, adding cloves, cinnamon, zest, or citrus peel, if desired.
  2. After complete cooling of the syrup under room conditions, we filter it and fill them with berries laid in the sterilized jar.
  3. We fill the capacity with cowberry only half, and top up the syrup. We cover the workpiece with a sterile cap and place it on the shelf of the refrigerator for further storage.
