Fried asparagus

Let's start with a little non-standard recipe, the so-called "soya asparagus", which, in fact, has nothing to do with ordinary asparagus, but represents only dried skimmed soy milk. Well, sometimes such a product is at times more accessible than natural, so let's consider the recipe.

Pre-marked asparagus is sliced ​​along with onion and carrots, the last two ingredients are fried until half-ready, and then we add soy asparagus to them. We reduce the heat, season the dish to taste and keep on fire for another 5 minutes. We serve a soy alternative to the asparagus, decorating the dish with herbs.

In the frying pan pour olive oil, water, spread the asparagus and crushed clove of garlic. Prepare the dish for about 2 minutes with open the lid, until the water is almost completely evaporated. After that, season the dish with salt and pepper, cover the frying pan with a lid and hold for another minute. After the time has elapsed, turn the stems and keep on the fire for about 5 minutes, until the fried green asparagus becomes soft, but will retain the crunch. A wonderful dish of asparagus is ready!

Before serving, water the stems with lemon juice, olive oil and sprinkle with thin "petals" of Parmesan cheese. Asparagus fried with garlic can be served with egg and toast, as a full nutritious breakfast.
