Roasted Soy Asparagus
Let's start with a little non-standard recipe, the so-called "soya asparagus", which, in fact, has nothing to do with ordinary asparagus, but represents only dried skimmed soy milk. Well, sometimes such a product is at times more accessible than natural, so let's consider the recipe.
Ingredients:
- dried asparagus - 100 g;
- vegetable oil;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- soy sauce, chili - to taste.
Preparation
Pre-marked asparagus is sliced along with onion and carrots, the last two ingredients are fried until half-ready, and then we add soy asparagus to them.
