Soup with ribs - recipe

We all know the recipe for soup kharcho with ribs or the notorious dish with peas and beef ribs, but why not try out new recipes for this familiar dish, taking as a basis completely ordinary ingredients. That's exactly what we decided to do, and therefore we collected for you a troika of delicious soups with ribs.

Recipe for soup with pork ribs

In the brazier we melt the slices of bacon, and on the melted fat brown ribs, previously lopped in a mixture of salt, pepper, flour and paprika. When the meat acquires an appetizing ruddy crust, put it on a plate, and in its place we put chopped onions and garlic. Fill the transparent slices of onion with tomatoes along with the juice, water and beer, put in the brazier ribs and cover everything with a lid. Fire under the brazier is diminished and the dish is stewed for about 2 hours. After the lapse of the allotted time, add the cut potato tubers and carrots into the soup, cover again with a lid and cook for half an hour, until the roots become soft.

Recipe for Chinese soup on pork ribs

We begin with cooking broth. Rinse the washed ribs in a saucepan and pour cold water. Cook the broth for an hour and a half, periodically removing the resulting foam from the surface. We filter the broth through gauze, and the ribs are washed and we separate the meat from the bone.

In a frying pan on a hot oil, grate grated ginger with green onions. We combine aromatic frying with meat, add soy sauce , mirin, sugar, anise and fill everything with broth so as to cover the meat. After boiling broth, you should reduce the heat and cook the soup for another 2 hours. If you want, to add the satiety of the dish, you can diversify it with additives like rice noodles, shiitake mushrooms, seaweed and other.

Bean soup with mutton ribs

Ribryshki well rubbed with salt and pepper, after which we leave for 6 hours in the cold. The salted meat is left to reach room temperature, and then fry in oil until golden brown. We toss the fried meat on a plate, and in its place we admit the onions with celery, carrots and garlic. Of course, before roasting all vegetables should be washed and cut in any convenient way.

As soon as the contents of the frying pan reach semi-preparedness, pour all the wine, add laurel and wait until the liquid evaporates by half. We pour the liquid into the brazier, add broth, ribs and put everything in a preheated to 180-190 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours. If possible, the dish can be cooked on charcoal. Finally, add the beans to the soup and continue cooking for about half an hour. We serve a dish with chopped herbs and sour cream mixed with paprika.
