Before you start digging in, it is important to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and make sure that your ear canal is clean. To do this, moisten the cotton swab with water and, inserting it into the ear is not too deep, scroll 1 time. If the wand shows an earache secret, remove it with a soft damp cloth.
If there is a sulfur plug, it is necessary to remove the obstruction of the ear canal.
It is also recommended to slightly warm the drug solution, approximately to body temperature (about 37 degrees), holding it in your hand.

- Check the integrity of the vial and the functionality of the drip device or pipette.
- Lie on the side, the processed ear should be on top.
- Fingertips pull the ear slightly back and up to maximally open the auditory meatus.
- To drip the number of drops indicated in the instructions to the solution.
- Press the index finger on the tragus (the process that covers the ear canal). Thanks to this, the drug will go deeper.
- To remain in horizontal position for a few (5-10) minutes, you can also hold your head tilted or, in extreme cases, insert a cotton swab in your ear.
- Wash hands again with soap and water.
