The Estonian diet does not differ with any special originality and does not require the preparation of complex dishes or the acquisition of rare products. This, of course, refers to the benefits of diet. But the minuses of the Estonian diet was a constant feeling of hunger and heavy tolerance.
The Estonian diet is a very tough mono-diet, but positive reviews of this diet indicate its high effectiveness. Every day for six days only one product is allowed to be consumed: on the first day only eggs, in the second day - cottage cheese, in the third - chicken fillet, and so on.

1 day
For the whole day you can eat only 7 cooked eggs.
2 day
During the second day of the diet, you need to eat 0.6 kg of fat-free cottage cheese.
3 day
The third day you will have to write only boiled chicken fillet (about 750 g).
4 day
On the fourth day, you will need to stretch 300 grams of rice cooked on water.
5 day
The menu of the fifth day of the Estonian diet consists of 6 medium potatoes (they need to be cooked and eaten without the addition of salt).
6th day
The sixth day of the diet is completely apple. You can eat apples in unlimited quantities.
