Interesting crafts with your own hands

Often, or from time to time, or on the occasion, but there are moments that you really want to do some interesting crafts and do somebody else. And the most important thing in a craft is the presence of an interesting idea. In fact, all the great paintings are just clots of paint on the canvas, and architectural monuments are just piles of stones, and the masterpieces of them make the ideas fresh, well, and the skill of the performer, of course.

We will not aim at eternal life in art, we will stop on bringing positive emotions to our neighbors.

Easy interesting crafts

At school in the lessons of creativity, we were taught to glue, cut, outline and paint. Sometimes the above mentioned activities added the basics of cutting or embroidery. So, it's time to remember what you learned earlier and supplement it with new creative skills.

To begin with, consider low-budget simple but interesting crafts, and ways of reproducing them at home.

How to make an interesting craft from an egg shell?

Great architects of antiquity would have died with envy, having learned that mosaic panels can be easily and cheaply sculpted in their own kitchen from what remains of the morning omelet. Do not be frightened, special artistic skills are not required, arm yourself with patience and accuracy. The most interesting thing is that the handmade, that is, the panel, we will not spread out from the colored fragments of the shell, but to paint with acrylic paints already glued patches and this technique is called an interesting French word - krakla.

So, all in order.

1. It is necessary to prepare the original sheets. They can be produced in advance, the period of their storage is unlimited. To do this, cover the usual sheet with PVA glue, put on it washed and freed from the film pieces of shell and dry under a pile of newspapers and books. White mosaic sheets are obtained.
2. If you do not know how to draw at all, or want to make an interesting hand-crafted article in an easy way, apply a decoupage on the mosaic background of the napkin in the technique and cover it with varnish.
3. If you intend to tinker, or you do not have the desired image, the source sheet will serve not as a background, but as a material from which you will cut out the elements for the future panel. To do this, draw a simple pencil outline and cut out with a manicure scissors. It is more convenient to do this from the back of the source sheet. Beautiful and interesting crafts are obtained if you decorate in this way not just a sheet of cardboard, but, for example, a vase, a bottle or a dish.
4. If you want the background of our unusual crafts to be of an interesting texture, you need to cut out the contours of future fragments of a slightly larger size from the separate original sheet so that there is a small gap between the shell background and the same fragments.
5. The next stage in the manufacture of our crafts will be coloring. Acrylic paints are not afraid of water and when dry they create a strong elastic film. They are ideal for coloring our crafts. Easy to work with, interesting, non-lubricated acrylic paints, apply to the white mosaic surface of fragments and background, if it is also mosaic. Color the artwork as usual, with general strokes, not caring that each piece of egg mosaic tinted separately. After carefully painting all work, allow it to dry well. Then cover all work with black paint and then wipe with a soft cloth.

It's hard to believe that you created such an interesting hand-craft yourself.

You can go further in developing the egg-shell, and master the technique of embroidery on empty chicken eggs. This of course, one of the most interesting crafts, but not one of the simplest. Interesting crafts and, to the highest degree skilful, create craftsmen by cutting through the eggshell. They are our admiration and wish for creative successes, and for us - patience, perseverance and real appreciation of one's own abilities and needs.

With your own hands, interesting crafts can be made from anything. Would be hands. If you paste a lot of papier-mache a couple of jars and paste in some paper folded into a tube, you will get a wonderful pen-quill. In general, papier-mache is a magic technique - it can make everything from Easter eggs to a full-size horse sculpture.
