Washed and dried courgettes and tomatoes are cut into circles with a thickness of about seven millimeters. Tomatoes and zucchini choose about the same diameter. Dip each circle of zucchini in a mixture of flour, salt and pepper and immediately put it on a frying pan heated with vegetable oil.
