If you decide to tackle a kurik, you should first prepare pancakes , various recipes of which are presented in our past materials. In parallel with frying pancakes, you can knead and put on a proofing dough on a yeast basis, so the cooking time will noticeably decrease.

Drain the granulated sugar in warmed milk and pour the yeast from above. Once the latter are activated, connect the solution with the beaten egg and butter, and then pour the liquids into the sieved flour. After mixing a soft yeast dough, leave it for proofing before doubling in size.

Now we will take on several kinds of stuffing. The first - mushroom, for the preparation of which peeled mushrooms should be salted with onion rings and garlic, then season with salt, nutmeg and mix with sour cream. When the sour cream sauce thickens, remove the mushroom filling from the fire.

The next stuffing is chicken, for which the kuru is enough to fry, and then disassembled and mixed with finely chopped greens.

The third filling is rice, the basis of which can be absolutely any cereal, moreover, there are even chicken with chicken, potatoes and mushrooms, and therefore cereals can be safely replaced with starchy tubers. For variation with rice, the boiled croup should be mixed with sliced ​​greens and chopped egg.
