Preparation
Stir the sugar with salt and eggs, add butter and milk to them. Again, mix everything well - you should have a uniform mass. Sift the flour and send to the mixture. Stir everything and make sure that no lumps are formed. Then pour boiling water and mix again - you should get a batter. If necessary, add some more milk. Leave the dough to stand for 15-20 minutes. Frying pan well heat, oil and fry over medium heat pancakes on both sides.

Ingredients:
- milk - 1 l;
- egg - 4 pieces;
- water - 150 ml;
- flour - 4 glasses;
- sugar - 3 - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- manga - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- vegetable oil - 1/2 st .;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- dry yeast - 1 sachet.
Preparation
Pour 750 ml of milk into a saucepan and heat it to make it warm. Sift flour, mix with mango, sugar, yeast and combine with milk. Well, mix everything and send for an hour in a warm place to make the dough come up. When it is ready, we add eggs, vegetable oil and salt to it, and again we mix it well. The remaining milk is boiled and immediately poured into the dough (to make it), cover and leave for another 20-25 minutes. After this time, add another 150 ml of warm water and our dough is ready.
Frying pan is well heated and, scooping up the dough ladle, pour into the middle, and then distribute the pan and fry over medium heat from two sides. If the dough is too thick, you can add more warm water, if you want sweet pancakes - add sugar powder into the dough.
