We put in this marinade a piece of meat for an hour at 4. We discuss the promarinated meat with a clean napkin, with garlic and lard, we spread it with melted butter. Sprinkle a piece of coarse-grained spices and wrap it in foil (preferably twice). Bake the meat for 2-3 hours (depending on the size).
