In kefir we throw soda and leave for 15 minutes. Then add the oil, salt and pour gradually flour. Knead the dough and leave it for half an hour, covered with a towel. Potatoes and onions are cleaned, grated on a grater and mixed with minced meat. Season the filling with spices, pour a little water and mix. The dough is rolled out with a rolling pin, we cut out a mug with a glass and spread it out for each little stuffing. Tightly glue the edges and boil vareniki 7 minutes in boiling water.
