Salad with Farfalle

Salads with pasta are very nutritious and can serve not only as an appetizer, but also as a full-fledged main course. They can be either warm or cold. You can fill such salads with sour cream, mayonnaise or vegetable oil.

Paste the pasta in salted water and dry it. Basil, pine nuts, garlic and olive oil mash in a mortar until a messy state. Add the balsamic vinegar, quartered tomatoes, mozzarella and pasta. Salting salad with farfalle and vegetables to taste and mix well.

We boil the water, salt to taste, we throw the macaroons and cook them until ready. Then discard it in a colander and separately boil cauliflower until ready. Celery is mine, we clean it and shred small cubes. Carrots are processed and cut into exactly the same pieces, and then blanched with celery until ready for 10-15 minutes. This time we cut the ham finely and start collecting salad. In the salad bowl, we first lay boiled celery, carrots, add ham and farfalle. Cauliflower finely chopped and added to a salad bowl. We fill it with mayonnaise, mix it, decorate it with greens and serve it on the table.
