We cut the meat, put it in a deep container and sprinkle with seasonings, let's stand for a while. Onion and Bulgarian pepper diced, zucchini - brusochkami, close in size to the meat. Garlic is cleaned and cut the teeth in half. Carrots cut with quarters 0.5 mm thick.

We put the meat in a heated frying pan and fry it on high heat for 5 minutes, constantly turning over. Meat, fried from all sides, put in a bowl, add mustard , mix, cover and leave for a while. In another frying pan, weave the onion to a golden hue. Then, add the garlic, mix and fry for a few minutes.

In the pan where the meat was roasted, spread pepper and zucchini and pour in soy sauce. Fry the vegetable mixture for 3 minutes on high heat. To the onions and garlic, add the carrots and fry for 3 minutes. Then mix the vegetables from two pans and continue to fry for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

In a deep frying pan or a scallop we spread vegetables and meat, mix and pour water, so that it covers the contents by 1 cm, put it on medium fire. Solim, pepper, put the laurushka, bring to a boil, after boiling add tomato paste, mix, close, and simmer on low heat for 40 minutes. Then try the meat, if it is ready, then remove it from the fire, wrap the vessel in a blanket and let it sink for 15-20 minutes. You can serve with mashed potatoes , and as a separate dish.

Onions and carrots finely shred. In a heated frying pan fry the pork on high fire for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then we fall asleep carrots and fry for 2 more minutes, add the onion, fry it a little more and add the tomato paste. Thoroughly mix everything and stew for 4 minutes. In potatoes, boiled to half-cooked, lay out the meat with vegetables (the main thing is not to let the potatoes boil strongly). We extinguish all together for 10 minutes, salt it at the very end.
