That is, there is no question of any usefulness. But it is not difficult to cook a delicious and healthy refreshing drink like lemonade yourself.

Homemade lemonade from lemons and oranges

Pour the water into a saucepan and put it on the fire. We pour lemons and oranges with boiling water (previously prepared in a teapot) and thoroughly washed, cut the zest and cook it for 5-8 minutes. Filter, add sugar and necessarily cool, so that after adding the juice does not lose vitamin C - it breaks down at high temperature.

Squeeze juice from lemons and oranges and add it to the broth from the peel. Once again we filter. Cool to a temperature of 8-12 degrees and - you can serve. A leaf of fresh mint or basil in a glass will not spoil the taste of this drink. They can also dilute strong alcoholic beverages (gin, vodka), as well as use for preparing various complex cocktails.
