Carrot muffins

Raisins are washed and soaked in apple juice for 10 minutes. Then we pour sugar, put dishes on medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring. We sift the flour with a baking powder, add wheat bran and cinnamon. Carrots are cleaned and one grind on a large grater, and the second on the shallowest. Mix the vegetable mass with flour and dilute all apple juice and raisins. After that, pour in the vegetable oil, throw the walnuts, mix and leave the dough for 10 minutes. Next, lay out it according to the molds and send the carrot muffins with walnuts to the heated oven for 30 minutes.

Carrot and orange muffins

Separate the proteins from the yolks and pour into the last granulated sugar. Beat the mixture with a mixer, gradually adding sifted flour, baking powder, soda, starch and salt. Then throw the grated carrot, pour in vegetable oil, juice and add grated orange peel. Whisk the whipped until smooth and gently add to the main ingredients. We knead the dough, lay it on the molds and send the carrot muffins to the hot oven for 25 minutes.

Chop bran in a blender or coffee grinder. All the dry ingredients are sieved in a deep bowl. Carrots are cleaned, grinded on a grater and mixed with cottage cheese. Add the egg, curdled milk, milk, vanilla and pour dry mixture. We mix it to homogeneity, distribute the dough by molds and bake carrots and oats muffins at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes.
