How to cook Viennese biscuits? We beat together butter and powdered sugar until a uniform state is obtained. Then add egg yolks and vanilla essence to taste. We mix everything thoroughly and gradually pour in the flour. We knead the elastic dough. Next, roll 2 balls, one must be slightly larger than the other. A smaller ball is wrapped in a film and put into the refrigerator.
The oven is heated up to 180 ° С. We cover the baking sheet with paper. We distribute the dough evenly, making small skirts. We spread the jam on top and rub the chilled dough on a large grater. We remove in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Ingredients:

- baking powder - 20 g;

- cream - 70 ml;
- sugar - 300 g;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- brown sugar - 1 item;
- vanilla - 1 teaspoon;
- ginger ground - 0,5 tsp.
- ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon.
Preparation
So, first we preheat the oven to 180 ° C. We take the form for baking, we cover it with foil and lubricate it with vegetable oil. Now, take a slightly melted butter, cut into pieces, put it in a bowl, add brown sugar and beat for 15 minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then, put the salt, baking powder, and gradually pour the sifted wheat flour, while still whipping all the ingredients with a mixer. Mix the homogeneous dough. We distribute it with a uniform layer over the entire shape with an approximate thickness of 1 cm.
Next, take fresh peaches, wash, dry with a towel and cut in half. Carefully remove the fruit from the bones and cut the peaches into thin slices.
Lubricate with a tablespoon of the first layer of our cake with any jam or jam. We put on jam pieces of peach, an even beautiful layer in any order.
