  1. The dikon for kimchi is cleaned and shredded into cubes.
  2. We put the vegetable in a bowl and brew rice flour, mixing it with water and sending it for a couple of minutes into the microwave oven. After a minute of microwave operation, the rice mass should be mixed thoroughly, and then continue cooking.
  3. The resulting rice jelly is mixed with ground ginger, garlic and ground red pepper, after which we savor mass with salt, sugar, Thai fish sauce and mix.
  4. Now pour the hot sauce into a bowl with the daikon cubes, throw the crushed green onions and mix.
  5. After a day pickling the vegetables in hot sauce at room conditions, kimchi will be ready.
