Surely you had to see how grandparents cook kvass, kefir and other healthy drinks from different mushrooms, which they cherish and periodically exchange. Unfortunately, young people do not approve such methods, and many even categorically do not recognize them. Of course, many people do not even want to think about how to properly take care of the milk fungus and use it. But very vain. The fact is that this is not very attractive-looking thing is actually very useful.

How to take care of rice milk mushroom?

Milk or as it is called - the kefir mushroom is known for non-traditional medicine for a very long time. The first to discover it adherents of the Tibetan methods of treatment. And on the territory of Europe this miracle was delivered by a Polish professor who for a long time lived among Indian yogis.

Before you start to somehow take care of the milk fungus, you need to know it better. Outwardly, it very much resembles cereal flakes with a diameter of no more than 6 mm in the "youth", growing to 6 cm.

A great advantage of the fungus is that it is alive. Many folk doctors believe that because people basically eat so-called dead food, most diseases develop. Non-living foods decay during digestion and release into the body toxins, which provoke ailments.
