The variety of paper crafts is quite impressive, one of the most popular types is mosaic. Ways how to make an original mosaic of colored paper are also quite a few. Starting from the simplest, composed of pieces, finishing with impressive panels, collected from the smallest multicolored origami. If you have plenty of free time and the desire to join in art, then this master class is for you. Try to make an intricate mosaic "Starry Night" from a colored paper with your own hands. In order to create the proposed paper mosaic we will need:
- colored paper of the right colors;
- scissors;
- knitting needles;
- adhesive clerical;
- sheet of colored paper (mosaic base);
- white pencil.
Since we will not be doing the usual mosaic, we'll start by winding a roll with a colored paper needle. Wrap the paper in the length of the sheet. We make an arbitrary number of blanks of different shapes, as necessary, we will finish.
We take the prepared sheet of paper and draw the base of the mosaic, clearly outlining the contours. Drawing for the first time choose a simple one, but in time you will be able to make really complex and very beautiful mosaics from pieces of paper.
How to glue such a mosaic on paper? After a long trial with various tools, it was decided that it is most convenient to glue such a mosaic with a toothpick. So, put on a piece of the mosaic on the toothpick, dipped in the glue and put it in place, pressing the glued piece for a few seconds to the drawing. Carefully take out the toothpick and it's ready, the first part of the future mosaic is in place. Gluing the pieces of the mosaic, try not to protrude from the edges of the picture. Blank mosaic of colored paper
The following master class provides an example of a breakaway mosaic made of colored paper. Such an Easter basket can become a child's craft or an applique for Easter . The technique of making such a mosaic is based on creating a composition of colored paper, which is torn into small parts. Then a piece of mosaic is laid out from the pieces according to a previously drawn out on the basis of the contour.
For the first time we will try to make a simple mosaic in the form of an Easter basket.
We will need:
- one sheet of orange glossy cardboard;
- several sheets of colored paper of the right colors;
- black felt-tip pen.
- Draw on the cardboard pattern, carefully outlining the contours.
- We cut colored paper into small pieces of approximately the same size, in our case brown paper. Then carefully paste pieces of paper, trying not to protrude from the edge of the contour.
In the end, we should get something like this, after the rvem the next color and fill the rest of the mosaic contour. If you carefully adjust the parts of the mosaic and glue them with a gap of about 1 mm, then you can sprinkle the joints with sequins and the mosaic will immediately be transformed.
