In the treatment of neurological diseases, myasthenia gravis and diseases of the central nervous system, the work of the body is restored by Neuromidine. This drug is available in 2 dosage forms, in the form of tablets and a solution for injection. Despite good tolerability, not all patients are suitable for Neuromidine - analogs of the drug sometimes act better and cause fewer side effects, allergic reactions .
Analogues of the drug Neuromidine in tablets
To select a drug with an identical mechanism of work, it is important to pay attention to its composition. Also, the concentration of the active ingredient in each tablet plays an important role.
The active ingredient of Neuromidine is ipidakrin hydrochloride in the form of monohydrate. Its content in 1 capsule of medicament is 20 mg.
Suitable analogues of the agent in question in the indicated dosage form can be considered:
- Aksamon. It has an identical composition, a small difference is present in the auxiliary components.
- Amiridin. Also includes similar ingredients, but due to fewer additional substances has an extended list of indications.
- Ipigrix. It is a direct synonym for the drug described, the composition is completely identical.
The first two presented analogues of Neuromidine are cheaper than the original approximately 1.5 times. Ipigrix is the result of joint cooperation of pharmacological laboratories in Slovakia and Latvia, so its price is almost the same as that of Neuromidine.
If necessary, replace the tablet form of the drug under consideration is preferred by Axamon.
Analogues of Neurromidine in ampoules
If you need to urgently increase muscle contractility and improve the transmission of nerve impulses, Neuromidine is given as a solution for injection.
Direct analogues of this form of the drug:
- Aksamon. The concentration of ipidakrin hydrochloride in 1 ml of the solution is 5 mg. The drug is suitable for intramuscular and subcutaneous administration.
- Ipigrix. A completely identical formulation is more often recommended for intramuscular injection.
It is worth noting that Aksamon is a cheaper analogue of injections of Neuromidine, whereas Ipigrix costs a little more. The effect of using both drugs is the same.
Indirect analogues of the drug Neuromidin
In cases where it is not possible to purchase any of the analogs, nor the original medicine, or they are not suitable because of contraindications, poor tolerance, it is worth paying attention to synonyms and generics. Such remedies are based on other active substances, but produce an identical effect, having about the same mechanism of work as Neuromidine.
Recommended generics:
- Kalimin. The active ingredient of the drug is pyridostigmine bromide. It is often prescribed for the treatment of various types of myasthenia gravis , including Lambert-Eaton-Hand syndrome. With neurological
diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system is practically not used because of insufficiently pronounced action. - Proserin. It is based on such a substance as neostigmine. In medical practice it is considered to be a more effective remedy than Neuromidine, since it helps better in the treatment of central nervous system disorders, facilitates rapid recovery of brain functions after trauma or severe infectious diseases.
- Ubretid. The active ingredient is distigmine bromide. The drug works poorly in the treatment of central nervous system pathologies, but it is very effective for myasthenia grains of various origins, intestinal atony, urinary tract and bladder, muscle paralysis.
