How to weave bracelet from a paracord?

Paracord 75 cm long fold in half and make a knot, retreating from the end 4 cm.

  1. In order to determine the size of the bracelet, measure the packard on the arm, passing the knot in the loop. The cord should hang slightly, as the finished product will be somewhat thicker.
  2. Cut off the ends with a universal glue, you can also melt the fringe of the cord with a lighter and "glue" both ends. In order to strengthen the place of docking the two cords, we sew the joint with a thread.
  3. We have a long cord behind the short one in the form of the letter "t". The connection of the cords should be in the center of the short rope loop.
  4. Now we prepare the "cobra" knot: take the right part of the letter "t", draw it over the double-folded rope on the left side. Now we grab the left part and put it into the loop formed by the other end (indicated by an arrow in the diagram).
  5. In accordance with the algorithm shown in a series of photos, make a node. When the knot is tied, leave a 2.5 cm loop on top.
  6. Recommendation: Do not over tighten the knots, as the bracelet will be hard.
  7. We make the second node, which is the mirror image of the first. Now the loop is on the left. Pay attention that during the weaving loop, which we pass the second end, forms the same end of the cord (we have it - red). Continue to perform the nodes, alternating right - left side.
  8. You can tighten the knots closer to each other, holding the knot, which is initially tightened below, guiding the tightened knots in the direction of the loop. To ensure that the nodes do not get off the loop, you need to insert something, for example, into the roulette ruler.
  9. We continue to weave the bracelet until we reach the place located 1 cm from the knot on the short cord. We attach the knots to the central cord with a needle and thread in the place indicated by the arrow.
  10. The bracelet is necessary to try on and adjust the position of the knot to make it more tight or loose. After adjusting the length of the bracelet, cut off excess so that the ends look at 5 mm from the product. Each end is individually fused with lighters and squeezed to get something like a hat.

Also for the braiding of such bracelets, you can use other techniques of weaving bracelets from cords or macrame . A bracelet made of parakord made with your own hand will be a wonderful gift to your beloved friend or relative who is keen on extreme sports.
