Striped Diet

Striped diet is a wonderful method, allowing you to shape yourself to those who have big problems with willpower. This is one of the few power systems that does not restrict the diet too much. There are several variations of this diet, and we now consider the two most popular.

Striped kefir diet

If you are interested in diets, you probably heard about such a concept, as a unloading kefir day. During this day you do not eat anything, but only drink 1% kefir, which allows you not to suffer from hunger and feel quite well. This is the basis for a striped diet - true, if usually such effective unloading days are only 1-2 times a week, then in this case they will go through the day.

Thus, all the odd days you can eat everything that your heart desires (of course, within reasonable limits), but in even numbers - you arrange yourself unloading on kefir. You can eat this way for as long as you want, it is harmless to the body and will help you to slowly but surely lose weight, while practically nothing does not refuse.

Do not forget that the correct unloading day assumes that you will drink about a glass of kefir approximately every 2-3 hours (if you are hungry, you can add 1-2 spoons of fiber or flax flour bought at the pharmacy several times a day). At the same time, one should not forget that you need to drink water - 6-8 glasses is enough. To drink them you need in no case not all at once, but half a glass from time to time - otherwise the body will be difficult.

Striped kefir diet gives the most amazing results: if you do not get too "out" on days when everything is possible, then you will lose about 2-3 kilograms in the first week.

The second variant of the striped diet

The second variant of the diet assumes a duration of 10 days. From this time, 5 days are allocated for carbohydrate nutrition, and the other 5 days for protein. And these days will alternate, which justifies the name of the diet. Lose weight on such a diet with strict adherence can be up to 5 kilograms. Striped diet results are noticeable, and this is despite the fact that you do not have to starve yourself. So, consider the menu of these two periods.

Protein day:

  1. On waking: 1 glass of warm water.
  2. Breakfast - boiled egg, leafy green salad or green vegetables.
  3. Lunch: boiled chicken breast (200-300 grams).
  4. Snack: a glass of tea without sugar, a little chicken breast (up to 150 g).
  5. Dinner: boiled chicken breast (200-300 grams).

To boiled chicken, you can add a leaf salad, dressed with lemon juice, vinegar or a very small amount of olive oil. In addition, it is desirable for the chicken to salt with a very small amount of salt and to add spices when cooking.

Carbohydrate day:

  1. On waking: 1 glass of warm water.
  2. Breakfast: fresh vegetable salad.
  3. Lunch: stewed vegetables (any except potatoes).
  4. Snack: any vegetable dish.
  5. Supper: steamed vegetables.

During the day you can snack unlimited snacks with raw vegetables. In addition, it is important not to forget that you need to drink 8 glasses of pure non-carbonated water daily.

Vegetables can be any, but it is best to include cabbage daily in a diet: with a minimum of calories, this wonderful product carries a maximum of useful properties and fiber.

The striped diet has very good feedback and results: thus, without much effort, you can perfectly bring your figure into shape in just 10 days. To get out of this diet, as well as from any other, should be gradually: first mix the rations of these two days and only then in a couple of days you can add new products.
