Plaster with lidocaine

In the treatment of localized pain syndromes, the first group of drugs used includes a patch with lidocaine. Its use makes it possible to provide long-term transdermal anesthesia, up to 10 hours, unlike other local remedies in the form of ointments, gels and solutions, the effect of which persists for as little as 3-5 hours.

Anesthetic plasters with lidocaine

In the modern pharmaceutical market there are only three proposals of the drug in question:

As an active ingredient, they all contain lidocaine, which, after penetrating the dermis, produces a rapid local anesthetic effect. Due to the fact that the patch remains on the skin for several hours, its effect is quite long.

Anesthetic plaster for the back with lidocaine Versace

The preparation in question is a sticky tissue base impregnated with a solution that contains 700 mg of lidocaine. The correct use is to attach the patch to the area where the pain is felt. After 12 hours it must be removed. Reapply the remedy only after a further 12 hours of interruption.

Indications:

Anesthetic plaster with lidocaine Emla

In addition to lidocaine, the drug described contains another local anesthetic - prilocaine. Due to the high concentration of both substances and the mutual enhancement of their action, the Emla preparation is used, as a rule, in surgical practice for local anesthesia with forthcoming surface surgeries and diagnostic manipulations, for example, biopsy.

In the instructions for this patch with lidocaine it is recommended to attach the tissue base to the necessary zones for only 1-2 hours. This time is sufficient for effective anesthesia for 120 minutes. If there are indications, you can use 2-3 patches at once for 1 hour.

Healing plaster with lidocaine Parapran

This remedy is positioned as a wound bandage intended for the treatment of pain syndrome with trophic ulcers, pressure sores, large animal bites, extensive cuts and wet wounds. Due to the high content of lidocaine in the solution impregnated with the tissue base of the patch, it is also used to anesthetize the affected areas after bruises of the joints, spine, ligament rupture, tendon damage.

Achieving an analgesic effect is achieved 20-30 minutes after the dressing is attached. You can remove it in 2-4 hours.
