We sift the flour, we rub the cooled margarine on a large grater, grind it together with flour, the crumb should turn out. Add 100 g of sugar, the rest will go to the powder. And then add the sour cream and mix the dough. It should turn out to be elastic. We wrap in a food film and we clean hour for 2 in a refrigerator. At the end of this time, we take out the dough, pinch off a piece, and the rest is put into the refrigerator, the margarine in the dough should not melt. Roll out a layer about 0.5 cm thick, cut out the shapes of the figurines, each of them with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar. We bake at 160-180 degrees for about 15 minutes. It is important not to overeat the biscuits with sour cream, then it will turn out to be gentle inside and crunchy from above.

Sour cream pastry with liqueur and sesame

Softened butter mixed with sour cream and liquor, add half of sugar, sesame, sifted flour with soda (it is not necessary to quench vinegar, it will react with the acid contained in sour cream). Knead the dough, it should not stick to your hands.
