With the advent of spring, it is not surprising to strive to supplement the menu with as many fresh and light dishes as possible. The most popular variation of the latter are salads. We have repeatedly dealt with recipes for every day, and therefore we will focus below on vegetable salads on the festive table: bright, unusual and, of course, delicious.

Vegetable salad without mayonnaise on the festive table

In order to make the salad more nutritious and tasty, the vegetable assortment in its composition can be supplemented with meat or fish. In the recipe, we stopped on the last option, giving preference to the classic - salmon fillet.

Salmon fillet can be cooked in any preferred way: steamed, in the oven or on the grill, without forgetting to pre-season. Ready fish after cooling enough to divide into small pieces and distribute it over the salad mix. Next sprinkle everything on top of dried cranberries and walnuts, add cheese and quarts of cherry tomatoes. Asparagus quickly blanch in salted boiling water, chill and cut, then add to the salad.

Whip the ingredients of the dressing before forming the emulsion. Season with a ready-made emulsion snack and serve ready-made delicious vegetable salad on the festive table.

Mix the young cabbage inflorescences with tomato slices, thin plates of courgettes and raw mushrooms, sweet pepper strips, cucumber and onion rings. Whip the ingredients of the dressing and pour the finished mixture dish.

Cut the vegetables mixed with green leaves and pour all the dressing from the oil, lemon juice and paprika. Do not forget about salt.
