We spread into the mushrooms finely chopped on a quarter of the onion rings and now fry them until the transparency of the onion. Evenly sprinkle all the flour and mix the spatula. When we notice that the sauce becomes more viscous, we spread into it homemade sour cream and stirring, distribute it over mushrooms. Top with a small amount of milk and cover with a lid. Stew gravy on low heat somewhere 12-13 minutes.

Recommended for this gravy to use only homemade sour cream, then the mushrooms will be transparent with a beautiful glossy tint, and the taste of pasta will be much more gentle.

Recipe for meat sauce from turkey for buckwheat

When the pieces of meat begin to emit a liquid, at that moment we add salt and sprinkle them with a mixture of peppers. If the turkey meat has already condensed and even started to pick up the crust, then spread to it chopped onion cubes. After about three minutes, pour all the flour and sprinkle with cream and evenly distribute everything, stirring with a spoon. After another couple of minutes, pour the meat with tomato juice, crush all the ground coriander, reduce the fire to a minimum and keep the sauce under the lid, about 8-10 minutes.

Everyone knows that turkey meat has its own special flavor. Therefore, in combination with the aroma of buckwheat porridge this dish can be considered a masterpiece of cooking.

As soon as he is saved a little, add the Bulgarian pepper cut into thin strips, and after a couple of minutes, spread the coarsely ground carrots. All the vegetables are fried until you acquire a beautiful color, which is gold. Fill everything with tomato fruit juice, salt, sprinkle with red and black pepper, and in the end add a little sugar to remove the acid.

In this recipe, we knowingly used tomato fruit, not juice. Due to it, the taste will be more saturated, and the consistency of the gravy is much thicker.
