Turn everything into a tight roll and wrap it in several layers of film, and then pack it in foil. We put the workpiece in a mold, pour a little water and bake the roll 55 minutes at a temperature of 195 degrees. Then the finished roll is cooled and cleaned for freezing for 2 hours in the refrigerator. After that, gently release the dish from the foil and film, cut into portions and put on a beautiful serving plate.
