  2. An excellent refreshing mask is made from carrots and apples. Small pieces of ingredients are rubbed, mixed and applied to the skin in the face and neck area. After about twenty minutes, take off with warm water.
  3. Simple and fast - a mask of parsley . A few stems and leaves of grass to wash, dry and finely chop until the appearance of juice. Add the sour cream and apply on the skin for about ten minutes.
  4. If the house has zest, from it, too, you can prepare a quick refreshing face mask. A spoonful of chopped peel is enough to mix with a small amount of any fermented milk product.
  5. From the coffee grounds you get an excellent mask-scrub. Add the rest of the morning coffee a little chopped nuts and massaging the movements on the skin. For a more effective effect, you can add a tablespoon of liquid honey.
